Medaz Hospitals is hiring an experienced and dynamic Medical Superintendent to lead medical administration at its Patna facility. As a key member of Medaz Hospitals, you will ensure high-quality patient care, efficient hospital operations, and regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration across departments for holistic healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hospital administration and ensure smooth functioning at Medaz Hospitals.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety initiatives.
• Manage hospital operations within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
• Promote collaboration between medical, nursing, and support teams.
• Review and improve internal policies and medical protocols.
• Represent Paras Hospitals in audits, inspections, and interdepartmental meetings.

Requirements:

• MBBS/MD with a valid medical license.
• Proven experience in medical and hospital administration.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical operations.
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities at Medaz Hospitals.
• Capability to drive process improvements and patient-centric care at Medaz Hospitals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
