About the role

Help us identify, engage, and activate physician Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and early adopters who will shape DrInfo’s AI products for real clinical workflows. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and our clinical SMEs to build trust, run outreach campaigns, and turn insights into action.

What you’ll do

• Map specialty-specific KOLs, early adopters, and clinical communities across hospitals, societies, and forums.
• Run targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, conferences, and webinars to recruit advisors, beta users, and pilot partners.
• Coordinate KOL briefings, demos, and feedback sessions, then synthesize findings into clear product recommendations.
• Manage a lightweight CRM for contacts, interactions, and follow-ups while tracking outreach performance.
• Co-create clinician-facing content such as case studies, webinars, and short posts with our SMEs.
• Support advocacy programs, referral loops, and social proof initiatives including testimonials and conference abstracts.
• Partner with Growth to align outreach with PLG motions such as waitlists, beta cohorts, and onboarding playbooks.

What you’ll bring

• Current medical student with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with senior clinicians and handling structured follow-ups.
• Solid understanding of clinical specialties, care settings, and professional societies.
• Organized and data-minded with basic CRM or spreadsheet skills.
• Curiosity about AI in healthcare and a bias for respectful, persistent outreach.
• Nice to have: event coordination, webinar hosting, or social media experience.

• A vetted pipeline of KOLs and early adopters across 3 to 5 priority specialties.
• Regular feedback loops that influence roadmap, messaging, and product usability.
• Documented clinician testimonials and references that accelerate pilots and adoption.
