Growth Marketing Intern (PLG & Early Adopter Activation)

We're a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming clinical decision-making with an AI-powered medical assistant, helping physicians make faster, more accurate calls at the point of care. Our team includes leading clinicians and medical researchers whose expertise becomes your raw material for growth.

We're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurialGrowth Marketing Internwith a strongmarketing engineering mindset. You'll help translate expert knowledge into scalable campaigns, own key pieces of our PLG motion, and get real operator experience runningMeta Business Suite/Ads Managerand other paid platforms for early-adopter physicians.

• Run the stack:Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns inMeta Business Suite/Ads Manager,LinkedIn Campaign Manager, andGoogle Ads; manage budgets, audiences, creatives, and experiments.
• Marketing engineering:Implement pixels,GA4events,GTMtags,CAPI(Conversions API), UTMs, and server-side tracking; maintain clean event schemas and troubleshoot attribution.
• Experimentation & CRO:Design A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and onboarding flows; analyze results and ship iterations quickly.
• Content with SMEs:Turn clinician insights into landing pages, case studies, and social thought-leadership; tailor messaging for trust and clarity.
• Lifecycle & in-product:Assist with onboarding emails, activation nudges, and in-product prompts to improve time-to-value and retention.
• Data & dashboards:Build lightweight dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio/Sheets) to track CAC, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, and funnel metrics; report learnings weekly.
• Automation:Use tools like Zapier/Make to connect ad platforms, forms, and CRM; set up alerts and QA checks for spend and performance.
• Exec amplification:Help position the CEO and leaders as influential voices on social, including post calendars, ghostwriting, and metric tracking.
• Community & advocacy:Support referral loops, KOL outreach, and early-user programs to amplify word of mouth.
• Compliance aware:Operate within healthcare/regulated-market guardrails for claims, privacy, and data handling.

• Recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Data/CS, or a related field from a top tier university; prior internships or projects in growth/paid media is mandatory.
• Working knowledge ofMeta Ads Manager(incl. pixel/CAPI),LinkedIn Ads, and/orGoogle Ads; curiosity to master platform nuances.
• Comfort withGA4,Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and basic attribution; bonus points forLooker Studio, basicSQL,Python/JS, or server-side tagging.
• Clear, concise writing; ability to turn technical/clinical input into digestible copy and visuals (Figma/Canva a plus).
• Bias to action, strong QA instincts, and love for structured experiments and crisp reporting.
• Interest in healthtech/AI and the craft of product-led growth; integrity around privacy and regulated-market messaging.
