Location: Mumbai (Field-intensive role across Ghatkopar, Thane, Andheri) Reporting to: Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing Key responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors to drive referrals Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel Performance targets: Weekly and monthly referral count targets Doctor visit frequency and relationship quality benchmarks Referral-to-conversion rate tracking Participation in local events and engagement campaigns Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Requirements 1–5 years of experience in field sales or hospital marketing preferred Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital referral roles is ideal Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; two-wheeler preferred Goal-driven with strong reporting discipline
