Medical Representative

• Promote and Sell:Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products or medical devices to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals to foster trust and loyalty.
• Product Promotion:Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and detailing to educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Sales Target Achievement:Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
• Market Intelligence:Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
• Training and Development:Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Event Participation:Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products and build relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in using sales technology and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
