We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Representative to promote our hospital’s specialties, doctors, and services to general physicians, clinics, and corporate partners. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, generating patient leads, and expanding referral networks to drive hospital OPD/IPD growth.

Key Responsibilities

Promote hospital services, specialties, and new procedures to doctors, clinics, and corporate partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
Generate patient referrals and leads through regular field visits and relationship management.
Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and awareness programs to increase visibility of hospital services.
Track competitor activities and market trends to provide inputs for business strategy.
Maintain daily visit records and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Support in achieving OPD/IPD and revenue targets for the hospital.
Ensure ethical promotion of hospital facilities in compliance with medical and marketing guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Life Sciences/Pharma/Business (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in hospital/healthcare/medical sales.
Strong doctor and clinic network in the local region (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
