Role Summary
As a Medical Business Associate you will play a key role in driving B2B sales growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting our portfolio of medical devices and solutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Generate Leads, Client Relationship Management, Product Presentation & Demos, Sales Closures & Negotiation, Market Research, Post-Sales Support, Field Visits & Travel.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharma, Business, or equivalent.
· Prior experience in B2B sales – preferably in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
· Willingness to travel across assigned territory.
· Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc. (preferred).
