Medical Business Associate

As a Medical Business Associate based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in engaging with healthcare professionals to build trust, share science-based information, and enhance patient care. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining respectful relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners. - Developing and executing a territory business plan based on customer insight and local trends. - Providing clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals" decisions. - Tracking activities and results accurately while maintaining records in company systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to address customer needs and improve patient access. - Continuously learning about clinical evidence, market changes, and best practices in the field. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and local languages. - Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organization, and time management skills. - Ability to utilize customer insight and data for decision-making. - Fluency in Punjabi and other local languages spoken in the Mohali area. - High motivation to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibilities.
