Job Description

Job Resposibilities :

  • The management representative has essential functions that consist of developing, approving, and updating the general institutional policy, protocols, and procedures.
  • Must undertake continuous quality projects.
  • Conduct medical audits required as a rule to ensure that patient care meets the expected standards and the audits reports must be analyzed.
  • Ensure that the facility is complies with all the necessary medical rules and regulations of the state.
  • Skills to undertake or assist with patients in emergency situations by providing basic life support including all emergency codes.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the professional development of other medical personnel at your facility through clinical practices.
  • Represent the patient at the highest level in the hospital.
  • Monitor the activities to eliminate healthcare associated infections.
  • Recruit Physician Assistant (RMO) for the hospital and train them regularly to provide quality healthcare.
  • Leading clinical and multi-disciplinary teams in all specialties.
  • Develop and implement the organization’s vision, values and strategic objectives.
  • Represent the hospital in clinical matters at external events.
  • Supervise the activities of the Physician Assistant( RMO)
  • Ensure that the medical model of the hospital meets the patient care requirements to provide quality service.
  • Represent the clinical aspect to the board of directors.
  • Oversee the following:
  • Quality Management Committee, including quality improvement and compliance
  • Credentialing Committee
  • Provider performance review (utilization, coding or billing issues)
  • Ensure error free treatment of the patients.
  • Inspect the performance of Physician Assistant (RMO) every month.
  • Evaluate patient feedback for resolving clinical matters monthly.
  • Set targets to reduce healthcare associated infections.
  • Conduct monthly audits for patient related documents.
  • Ensure that patient satisfaction rate for clinical matters are 100%.
  • He has to inform daily OPD
  • On discharge evaluation of all IPD Files
  • Before discharge evaluation of all Insurance / IPD files for cashless/ reimbursement
  • Train the Physician Assistant (RMO) for new updates in healthcare once every 6 months.
  • Daily check the hospital patient’s profiles.
  • Discuss with Physician Assistant (RMO) for any situations needing emergency change in hospitals patient care protocol.
  • Approval of reimbursement of insurance cases.
  • To maintain NABH indicator data and submit it to Quality Department.
  • If required you have to do multitasking.
  • Any other work given by the administration and CMD.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
