Staff Nurses

The job involves being responsible for complete bedside nursing care of assigned patients, including carrying out procedures of admission, transfer, and discharge. You will be expected to make beds, maintain personal hygiene and comfort of patients, attend to their nutritional needs, and ensure a clean and safe environment. Coordinating patient care with other team members will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to take rounds with doctors to list new orders and ensure their implementation, perform various technical tasks related to nursing care, administer medication as per prescription, and assist in medical and surgical diagnostic procedures. Collecting and sending specimens for laboratory tests, monitoring vital signs, and performing specific medical procedures will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will need to prepare patients for operations, provide expert bedside nursing care, attend to deceased patients as needed, maintain ward cleanliness, supervise supportive staff, and oversee various administrative tasks. This includes maintaining records, charts, and reports, as well as ensuring the accuracy of patient files and billing procedures.
