Staff Nurses

As a Staff Nurse in the Nursing Services department at our company, you will be responsible for evaluating and organizing patients care to ensure continuity based on their needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring clear and effective nurse-patient communication and patient education - Collaborating with all Nursing Units and other service areas for patient-related requirements - Accompanying Consultants on rounds for patient care - Administering medication using correct procedures - Taking responsibility for Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers to other departments - Collecting samples and sending them for investigations - Documenting patient care in relevant records as per hospital policy - Taking inventory of back up medicines, high-alert items, instruments, and equipment - Keeping crash cart inventory updated and ready for use - Implementing emergency life resuscitative measures - Documenting patient care clearly, completely, and concisely in compliance with nursing documentation standards - Ensuring adherence to accreditation protocols - Practicing infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections Qualifications required for this role include a BSC/GNM/PBBSC degree.
