To facilitate TPA approvals in coordination with the TPA department. Preparation of discharge summary wherein Course in the Hospital, Condition at Discharge, Medication on Discharge and When to Obtain Urgent Care to be filled. All Discharge Summaries to be Signed by RMO before handing over to patient/relatives. Flexibility in doing Rotational Shifts as per the Hospital’s needs.
