This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless patient interactions, efficient clinic operations, and exceptional patient care.

Role Overview

As Medical Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients—via phone, email, and video conferencing
• Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations, follow-ups, and team meetings
• Draft, edit, and format medical documents: prescriptions, consultation summaries, and referral letters
• Manage inboxes and send timely reminders, confirmations, and patient communications
• Maintain patient records in Excel spreadsheets, updating visit dates, treatment plans, and billing codes
• Assist with billing enquiries and basic invoicing
• Support growth initiatives: research medical resources, compile educational materials, and coordinate events

Key Responsibilities

• Professional phone and email communication with global patient cohort
• Excel-based data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
• Calendar management: optimize Dr. Gupta’s daily schedule for maximum efficiency
• Document preparation and quality control
• Liaise with laboratories, pharmacies, and external providers as needed

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); healthcare or business administration background preferred
• 1–2 years’ experience supporting a medical professional or clinical team
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel: formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms (Zoom, Teams) and online calendar systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Patient-centric attitude, empathy, and professionalism

Work Arrangement

• Remote work (home-based)
• Preference for candidates residing in or near Delhi—potential transition to hybrid/in-office work at our Delhi facility in the future
• Full-time, flexible hours aligned with IST business hours
