Company Description Cordova Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Sales/Ad Selling position located in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to selling advertising space, engaging in media sales, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing new media platforms for sales purposes. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to maximize revenue. Close sales deals and secure advertising commitments. Campaign Management & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to meet client objectives. Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports. Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Analyze client data and market insights to develop effective sales strategies. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details. Prepare and submit sales reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Skills & Competencies: Sales Expertise: Proven track record in media or advertising sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and client data to inform sales strategies. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
