Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Tracking metrics like engagement, reach, and conversion rates, then summarizing this data into actionable insights for marketing and content teams.

Strategy Development:

Using data to identify trends and propose new strategies or adjustments to existing ones to improve online presence and reach a wider audience.

Trend Identification:

Monitoring social media platforms to understand what is trending, popular among key audiences, and what types of content resonate best.

Performance Monitoring:

Continuously evaluating social media performance to identify what works and what doesn't, optimizing content for better results.

Tool Proficiency:

Using specialized tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social to gather and analyze data.

Collaboration:

Working with Social Media Managers and other marketing team members to design and execute campaigns.

Audience Understanding:

Researching and understanding customer behavior to better predict future social media trends and needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
