Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, focusing on brand building, audience engagement, and lead generation. Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage a variety of social media content, including text, images, videos, and stories, ensuring it's engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand guidelines. Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, foster meaningful conversations, and build a strong online community. Social Media Monitoring: Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, ensuring responsiveness to customer inquiries and addressing potential reputational risks. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics, identify key trends, and generate reports to inform strategy adjustments and optimize campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to the website. Collaboration: Work with various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve. Skills & Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting engaging content and interacting with audiences. Content Creation & Editing: Proficiency in creating various types of content, including text, images, and videos, and editing them for social media platforms. Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze social media data, identify trends, and generate reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Social Media Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Project Management & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and foster positive relationships with customers. Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to create engaging and compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
