We are expanding our digital presence and promotional campaigns and are looking for a Media, Digital & Video Manager to lead our video production, digital marketing, and content initiatives.

Position Overview

The Media, Digital & Video Manager will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing all media content for Evergreen Solar projects. This includes video shooting, drone cinematography, editing, and social media content management. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Candidates who own professional cameras and drones will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia & Video Production

• Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for solar projects, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding.
• Operate professional cameras and drones to capture stunning visuals of projects.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, website, YouTube, and corporate presentations.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
• Maintain and manage own camera and drone equipment (preferred).
• Stay updated with video production trends and implement new creative ideas.

Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage Evergreen Solar’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for projects and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and schedule posts, visuals, and video content to maximize engagement and reach.
• Monitor digital performance metrics, analyze engagement, and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns for project promotions, client success stories, and awareness content.

Team & Project Management

• Coordinate with project teams to understand filming requirements and schedule shoots.
• Oversee multiple media projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Guide junior videographers or assistants (if any) during shoots and editing.
• Develop creative concepts for promotional content and digital campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and drone cinematography.
• Strong proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, ETC).
• Experience in social media content management and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of camera techniques, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Creative mindset with storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Own professional camera preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Duty Hours: Flexible, based on shoot schedules and project requirements

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
