Role Overview

We are seeking a Search Arbitrage Media Buyer to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running and optimizing arbitrage campaigns across search engines, driving profitable traffic, and scaling campaigns to maximize ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management expertise, and a deep understanding of arbitrage models in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage search arbitrage campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
• Drive traffic acquisition with a focus on profitability and ROI optimization.
• Analyze performance data daily, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to scale campaigns.
• Conduct competitive research, keyword analysis, and landing page performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align media buying efforts with affiliate performance goals.
• Continuously monitor arbitrage feeds, bids, CTRs, and conversion rates to ensure positive ROI.
• Test new campaigns, creatives, and traffic sources to diversify and scale revenue.
• Report campaign performance, insights, and learnings to management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Search Arbitrage / Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search traffic platforms.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPS etc.).
• Proven track record of managing profitable arbitrage campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tracking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ROI-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving, optimization, and communication skills.
