Role Overview

We are seeking a

Media Buyer

with proven expertise in running and scaling campaigns on

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google/YouTube Ads.

The ideal candidate understands the

coaching industry buyer journey

— from lead generation to sales calls to high-ticket program enrollment — and knows how to build campaigns that fuel every stage of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google/YouTube ad campaigns for coaching clients.
  • Develop full-funnel ad strategies to drive leads (webinar sign-ups, VSL opt-ins, application forms) and optimize for high-ticket conversions.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and competitor analysis to identify the ideal coaching client avatar.
  • Execute daily optimizations across campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, hooks, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to produce video ads, copy, and funnel assets tailored for coaching audiences.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking and attribution across platforms (pixels, UTM, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Scale campaigns profitably while managing budgets effectively.
  • Provide data-driven reports and insights to the Account Manager and leadership team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on media buying experience (Meta Ads + Google/YouTube Ads).
  • Proven track record of running ads for coaches, consultants, or online course creators.
  • Strong knowledge of high-ticket coaching funnels (webinar → application → sales call → enrollment).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize based on data (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
  • Ability to manage and scale ad budgets effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with funnel and CRM tools (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Hyros).
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certifications.
