Position: Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Meta)

Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in paid advertising campaigns.

Role Responsibilities

Google Ads Management:

• Execute and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns including Text and YouTube Ads.
• Collaborate on the design and content of landing pages.
• Structure campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies.
• Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns using detailed performance analysis.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.

Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram):

• Oversee and run Meta paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging.
• Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation to maximize campaign results.
• Develop creative assets in coordination with the design team to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage the setup and ongoing adjustments of campaigns to boost effectiveness.
• Research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.

Client Servicing:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to manage and align on project expectations.
• Manage client onboarding and monthly updates, ensuring a smooth and consistent service delivery.
• Address and resolve any client escalations promptly and effectively.

• RequirementsProven experience (min 1.5 years) managing Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns.
• Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
