Job Description

As our Media Buyer, you'll be the architect and executor of our paid acquisition efforts. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Directly set up, launch, and meticulously manage all ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max).
  • Implement advanced audience targeting strategies on Meta, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and detailed targeting.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and negative keyword management for Google Search, ensuring optimal ad relevance and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Proactively monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and placements in real-time to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Data Analysis & Optimization:
  • Daily deep dives into performance data within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and implement rapid optimizations to improve key metrics like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and pixel health across all platforms, troubleshooting any discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide detailed, data-backed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, learnings, and recommendations for future strategy.
  • Budget & Pacing Management:
  • Strategically allocate and manage significant advertising budgets to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly ROAS targets.
  • Monitor campaign pacing to ensure consistent spend and optimal delivery throughout the month.
  • Creative & Landing Page Collaboration:
  • Work closely with our creative team to provide data-driven feedback on ad creative performance, guiding the development of new, high-converting assets.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize landing page experiences for paid traffic, focusing on conversion rate improvements.
  • Market & Platform Intelligence:
  • Stay rigorously up-to-date with the latest platform updates, features, and best practices on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Continuously research competitor strategies and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer specifically managing high-budget e-commerce ad accounts on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Deep, technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager: Expert knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies (LTV, ROAS, CPA bidding), audience segmentation, and Meta Pixel implementation/troubleshooting.
  • Expert-level command of Google Ads: Including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns, with a strong understanding of keyword strategy, bid adjustments, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and scaling high ROAS for e-commerce businesses. Please be ready to discuss specific results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make quick, data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a significant plus.
  • Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) is beneficial.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
