Mechanical Test Engineer

What you will do:

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, DQA mindset, and Design Engineering processes
• Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities
• Aptitude to independently learn new technologies
• Candidates should have previous experience working on large scale RAC/PAC projects testing and validation.
• Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to show quick turnaround with product design and testing issues
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery
• Understand existing design and test standards , Compliance requirements in the product and bring in improvements
• Create proof-of-concepts as necessary to demonstrate new ideas , process improvements and technologies for Labs .
• Candidate must have experience in product development , Product engineering and validation .
• Knowledge on Design change points FMEA , and VRF Product to lead the team and solve technical issues and able to lead the
• Lead and support a global team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What we look for:Required

• BE/B.Tech
• 3 to 7 years of experience in new product development and validation of RAC/PAC.
• Candidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies , excellent MS Office Skills and ISO 17025 certification .
• Able to travel within and Outside India .

Preferred

• Experience with Product development and product testing management , change tracking, and based on that able to drive the testing and project.
• Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Highly motivated, Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
