Job Summary: As a Business Development Engineer/Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business from the Architects and Consultants as well as developing long-term customer relationships while maximizing account penetration and customer retention. Responsibilities: Utilizing key contacts to identify key consultants and architects in order to find out new business opportunity. Utilizing Account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts. Responsible for meeting with Architects and consultants for getting the new business Consistently ascertains customer needs and current market opportunities. Assembles and coordinates acquisition team as needed for customers and projects. Converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. Develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the architects organization, including facility manager, project managers, project engineers, and purchasing. Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walk-through to determine level of opportunity. Estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, controls, subconsultants, and services for each project using Linc business systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline (BE Mechanical/Electrical) The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of solution sales and business development experience with a focus on Techno commercial HVAC, Chillers, VRV, VRF, Ducts etc. Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products & Auto Cad.

You will be responsible for leading and managing service operations related to HVAC systems, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, etc. Your role will involve supervising service activities across different regions in India, working closely with local partners and service teams. You will also be required to provide guidance and leadership to service engineers and technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project completion. Monitoring service team KPIs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving revenue growth through exceptional performance will be key aspects of your responsibilities. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will handle customer interactions, manage escalations, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining service logs, trackers, project documentation, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and scheduling systems. Additionally, you will be involved in training junior engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, have at least 5-8 years of experience in HVAC service operations with team and multi-site project management exposure. Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC equipment, strong leadership and planning skills, effective client communication abilities, and willingness to travel across India as per service requirements are essential for this role.,

Job Description: Perform daily checks and routine maintenance of plant machinery and equipment Assist in repair and servicing of motors, pumps, valves, and other plant utilities Identify and report equipment malfunctions or potential risks Follow all safety and operational protocols strictly Maintain proper logs and documentation for all maintenance tasks Support the engineering team in smooth plant operations Ensure minimal downtime through preventive maintenance
