Profile - Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - Mechanical

Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. as a Mechanical Maintenance Manager in manufacturing plant.

Salary - Upto 9 Lac CTC + Acc. + Food

Location - Mundra (Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment (furnaces, conveyors, rolling mills, crushers, gearboxes, pumps, etc.).

Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks with minimal production downtime.

Lead root cause analysis of mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

Maintain equipment history, documentation, and maintenance logs.

Ensure availability of critical spare parts and tools.

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for spare part management.

Supervise a team of mechanical engineers, fitters, and technicians.

Train and develop maintenance staff on safety, equipment handling, and troubleshooting.

Monitor team performance and allocate tasks efficiently.

Enforce plant safety rules and mechanical maintenance SOPs.

Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for mechanical operations.

Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms.

Support installation, commissioning, and upgrade of new mechanical systems and projects.

Lead mechanical modifications for plant improvement or expansion.
