Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Axium Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer to join our MEP Design & Engineering Team in Mumbai. This is a leadership-oriented role, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile global projects and mentor a growing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of HVAC systems across various project stages – Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and Tender Documentation.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, schedules, and design drawings in line with international standards.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes such as ASHRAE and SMACNA.
• Regularly interact and coordinate directly with international clients.
• Support and guide junior engineers, ensuring quality and consistency in project delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across time zones when required to meet project deadlines.
• Engage in continuous learning and adopt new design tools and technologies as needed.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC design for commercial, residential, retail, and healthcare projects.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES VE, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of international codes and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience with projects in the US, UK, or Australia will be a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
