Job Description

Position Overview:

Looking for a Sales Engineer Mechanical to join our growing team and help expand our presence in Gujarat. This is a client-facing role involving business development, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and engage with customers to present company solutions and product concepts.
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Travel across Gujarat to develop and maintain client relationships.
Identify and develop new market sectors and dealer networks.
Lead and guide junior engineers to achieve targets and team goals.
Manage existing dealer relationships and ensure business growth.
Achieve sales and performance targets as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales within industries such as pharmaceuticals, dyes, or utilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle dealer networks and develop new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel and learn company products and concepts.
