Mechanical Engineer Intern

What you’ll do:

• Develop  3D  CAD  models  and  detailed  drawings  using  

  SolidWorks

  and 

  Onshape.

• Collaborate with the team on manufacturing processes

   such as machining, sheet metal, composites and assembly.
• Conduct 

  structural simulations

   and 

  ANSYS

  (or similar FEA tools). 
• Assist in design validation through prototyping and testing.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers for rapid prototyping.
• Document design iterations, test results and process improvements.
• Support ongoing R&D projects and provide technical input where required. 

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Onshape).
• Experience with ANSYS or other simulation software.
• Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and materials.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods (CNC machining, casting, composites etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities 
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
