Role

We seek a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic operations team at A.R. Gold Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will enhance our manufacturing processes by integrating and maintaining mechanical systems. Your technical expertise and operational insight will be instrumental in optimizing our production capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.  

Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Maintenance

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.  
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.  

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and productivity.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.  

Equipment Design & Development

• Assist in designing and developing mechanical systems tailored to jewellery manufacturing processes.  
• Evaluate and select appropriate machinery and tools to meet production requirements.  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all mechanical operations adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality output.  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive records of equipment specifications, maintenance activities, and process changes.  
• Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and process improvements.  

Requirements

• Experience:

  3–5 years in mechanical engineering, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.  

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.  

• Technical Proficiency:

  Familiarity with CAD software, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.  

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.  

• Communication:

  Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.  

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in mechanical design and analysis tools.  
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and machinery operation.  
• Knowledge of industry standards related to mechanical systems in manufacturing.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving technological advancements.
