Mechanical Designer

As a Mechanical Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of mechanical systems and components. You will work closely with senior engineers to contribute to various projects aimed at driving innovation and enhancing the efficiency of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Knowledge of Pumps, motors, pump curves, and related terminologies - Taking care of the new product development process from competitor benchmarking to production - Participating in new component QC related issues - Creating 3D models and 2D drawings in Creo following standards - Preparing BOM, GA & CS drawings of product assemblies - Familiarity with ERP and SAP - Managing 3D and 2D data on Windchill - Conducting actual testing and comparison of existing & new developed products - Managing the ECN circulation process and maintaining ISO files of all documents Your skills and expertise should include: - Basic understanding of engineering principles, such as fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of manufacturing processes like machining, injection molding, casting, and Sheet metal design - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations like ASME, ASTM, and ISO To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the submersible pumps and motors manufacturing industry - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical design skills in a supportive and innovative environment.,
