Preparation of piping routing in Autocad Plant 3D, Piping GA's & Isometrics Qualification Diploma or B.E in Mechanical Key Responsibilities Piping Design & Layout: Create and develop piping layouts, isometric drawings, and general arrangement (GA) drawings. Design piping systems based on process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Ensure efficient use of space and proper pipe routing to avoid interference with other systems. Drafting & Documentation : Prepare detailed fabrication and installation drawings using CAD software. Maintain accurate and updated project documentation and design records. Material Specification : Select appropriate piping materials and components as per project requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Collaboration : Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements. Work closely with other disciplines (structural, mechanical, and electrical) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems. Site Support : Provide support during the construction and installation phases, including site visits if necessary. Resolve design-related issues and provide clarifications to contractors as needed. Develop detailed drawings and specifications for fabrication of static equipment components. Ensure compliance with ASME codes (e.g., B31.1) during the design process. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in static equipment design.
