Requirements

Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree.
3 years of experience in industrial automation equipment design.
Intermediate or advanced English.
Ability to work independently.
Team leadership and teamwork skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in mechanical design software (SolidWorks).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Propose and deliver complete solutions for new design projects.
Execute and lead the full mechanical design phase (design, validation, bill of materials creation, and documentation) within established deadlines.
Present concept-stage and final designs to clients.
Support the development and execution of work plans.
Work collaboratively with team members under your supervision to carry out the design phase.
