Location: Hyderabad (onsite- full time)

Experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with 5years and above Real time experience in oil and gas upstream / downstream projects.

JOB SUMMARY

Static Equipment Designer

• Experience in Detailing & Engineering Static Equipment (Storage Tanks / Pressure Vessels / columns / Reactors, Heat Exchangers).
• Understanding and Executing Drafting as per Mechanical Datasheet, Project specification as per various National & International PMC’s.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., API 650/620, ASME Section VIII Div.1, TEMA, IS 2825, IS 803 etc).
• Review engineering drawings and specifications related to static equipment as per code requirements & project specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning & executing the day-to-day Engineering activities to meet the Project timelines.
• Maintaining Project Documents in retrievable way.
• Ensuring for the Completeness and accuracy of the Detailed Engineering.
• Co-ordinating the Drafting team.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Projects, Piping, E & I, Civil) to ensure effective integration of static equipment in overall project design.
• Provide technical support during the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of static equipment.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience with designing of Storage Tanks, Pressure vessels, heat exchangers.
• Real time Experience in Preparations of Equipment Layout, General Arrangement, Detail Drawings for Nozzles, Bottom Plate, Shell Plate & Roof Plate Layout (Dome Roof & Cone Roof), Roof Structure, Anchor Chair, internals, other attachments, spiral Staircase, platform, ladder, staircase Drgs., BOQ / BOM for Storage tanks as per Oil & Gas Industry Practices.
• Real time Experience in Preparations of Equipment Layout, General Arrangement, Detail Drawings for Nozzles, Tube sheet and Layout, supports, internals, other attachments, platform, ladder, staircase Drgs., BOQ / BOM for Pressure vessels / Heat exchangers as per Oil & Gas Industry Practices.
• Proficiency and hands on experience of AutoCAD & MS Excel, MS Word.
• Experience in data sheets, specification, and material requisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Willingness to take responsibility for various engineering activities.
