Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong knowledge of AutoCAD For a machine manufacturing company who is passion for precision design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical drafting, 3D modeling, and design development for manufacturing or engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using AutoCAD and other CAD tools. Create detailed 2D and 3D models, assembly drawings, and part drawings. Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and prepare BOM (Bill of Materials). Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs. Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements. Ensure all designs meet industry standards and client specifications. Maintain proper documentation and design records. Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor is an added advantage. Strong understanding of GD&T, material selection, and fabrication processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or machine component design. Exposure to product design or equipment layout. Knowledge of engineering documentation and ISO standards.
