Location: Delhi NCR Experience Level: 1+ Years Company: Innovante Engineering Solutions LLP Employment Type: Full-time | On-site We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing functional mechanical devices and preparing them for real-world manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Develop custom 3D designs and functional mechanical devices from concept to prototype Design mechanical components for manufacturing using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.) Conduct DFMEA and obtain design approval through cross-functional team collaboration Release final designs with complete documentation, including 2D drawings, BOMs, and specifications Run simulations (stress, thermal, motion, etc.) to validate and optimize designs Prepare and adapt models for various manufacturing techniques such as: 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), CNC machining, Laser cutting, Injection molding Collaborate with vendors and manufacturing teams for prototype development and production Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 1 year of industry experience in mechanical design and product development Proficient in CAD tools Strong understanding of mechanical components, manufacturing techniques, and materials Hands-on experience with simulation software Practical exposure to 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and other rapid manufacturing tools Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience with DFM/DFA principles Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis Understanding of ISO/ASME standards
