Mechanical Design Engineer

• 4+years of experience in mechanical design, with a proven track record in product development.
• Proven ability to work e ectively in cross-functional teams
• Practical experience with injection moulding, metal casting, machining and sheet metal product development and manufacturing
• Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks 2024 Professional or latest Version.
• Expert ability in the creation of production drawings (2D) including a detailed knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) including practical tolerancing and stack-up
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques and the ability to complete DFM analysis based on CAD or samples
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM).
• Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of 3d Printing technology to develop rapid prototyping.
• Engage with the PCB team to assess mechanical interference compatibility, optimize design improvements, and oversee related processes.
