Job Description

Total Experience- 5 to 10 Years

Experience in New Product Development lifecycle specially in Cranes with knowledge of below:

• DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, PPAP, APQP & CAPA

• Material & component selection

• Design optimization, cost reduction, parts localization

• Vehicle integration, structure design & load cases

• Design validation plan

• Load & kinematic calculations

• Assembly line, field failure and service issues

• Understanding of hydraulic and electrical schematic

• Coordination with suppliers for parts development

• Manufacturing process

Working with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing specialists, and product managers.
Leading the creation of detailed engineering designs, CAD models, and prototypes.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Perform tolerance analysis and ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
Recording findings, test results, and recommendations for future reference.
Knowledge of wire harness & hose routing module.
