Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging – Infrared Thermography SKILL: Advanced Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Software: Leadership and Team Management Problem Solving Preparation of BIM Standards and BIM Library Client management. In-Depth Departmental Knowledge. BIM Automation. Advanced Proficiency in MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the implementation of BIM processes and standards across multiple Mechanical projects. Lead and manage the Mechanical BIM team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance. Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and consistency of BIM models. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align BIM activities with project goals. Organize training sessions for team members to enhance their BIM skills and keep them updated on industry best practices. Conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, standards, and project-related information. Provide regular reports to upper management. Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in BIM technology and methodologies and assess their potential application in ongoing and future projects. Engage with clients to understand their BIM requirements, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Education & Experience Requirement: Should possess 7+ years’ experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
