We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEAN Full Stack Developer to take on a dual role of Faculty (Trainer) and Project Lead. The ideal candidate will not only deliver high-quality training on MEAN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js) but also lead real-world projects, mentor teams, and ensure successful project delivery. This role demands technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Key Responsibilities:As Faculty / Trainer: Design and deliver structured training sessions on MEAN Stack technologies. Develop curriculum, training materials, lab exercises, and assessments. Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on programming sessions. Mentor and guide students on capstone projects and career readiness. Continuously update course content to reflect latest industry practices. As Project Lead: Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure team deliverables. Perform code reviews, implement best practices, and guide junior developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Monitor and optimize application performance post-deployment. Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (latest version), and Node.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in MEAN Stack development, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable. Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory): Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices. Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
