Job Description Template Job Title – M&E Registrations Associate Manager - Meetings and Events Management Level: CL8 Location: Gurugram Must have skills: Cvent Event Management suite of products Good to have skills: HTML, CSS Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive registration website builder to independently manage and support multiple events simultaneously. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, leading a global website builder team, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring smooth running of Meetings and Events operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for event coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a global role so the working hours will be hybrid to accommodate all the geographies. Roles & Responsibilities: Supports 3+ High+ events at one time with consistent and quality customer support Approve PTO and assign back up support based on availability Consults on M&E technology options for events with new Event Owners Delivers continuous improvement of service delivery Final Billing and close out for M&E Registration Team with Finance Forecast and Analyze Teams Workload additional services, support and accommodate new business and processes Manages customer service issues/escalations (2nd Point of Contact) Strategic goals of team's growth, training, services and support Support new features to enhance customer offerings within the Cvent Platform such as new virtual features, Attendee Hub / Event App and more Team member promotions and raises Team member yearly and mid-year reviews, yearly goals, yearly trainings Professional & Technical Skills: Experience with Cvent platform will be a huge plus. 8+ years supporting M&E Registration sites under the following skills and responsibilities Accuracy in the completion of assigned tasks, team processes and standard operating procedures Ability to communicate effectively and support customers from various countries and time zones. The ideal shift will 2 pm to 11 pm IST but is subject to change depending on business requirements. Comfortable speaking with customers in our universal business language; English Excellent customer service Excellent time management skills Ability to problem solve customer and team issues Multi-tasker Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Excellent Microsoft Office skills and adept to working with new technology (Word, Power Point, Excel) Ability to work independently Self-starter for continued education on technology Accenture Knowledge (Organization understanding) Cvent Event Management Advanced, Attendee Hub / Event App, required Knowledge of onsite event technology Event planning experience, required Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, required Management experience, required Project Management experience, required Experience with Cvent, required Familiarity with HTML, a plus Additional Information: The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Cvent or a related technology. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
