Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient health. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret laboratory results. Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients. Participate in case reviews and clinical meetings. Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices. Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff. Engage in community health programs and initiatives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization. Qualifications MD in Medicine or equivalent recognized qualification. DNB certification in Medicine is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with electronic medical records systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous professional development. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Knowledge of medical ethics and legal standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage stress effectively.
