Role Responsibilities Provide expert consultation in medicine, assessing and diagnosing patient conditions. Formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care strategies. Participate in hospital rounds and confer with other medical staff regarding patient management. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health-related issues. Stay current with trends and advancements in the medical field and integrate best practices into care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in training and mentoring junior medical staff and healthcare interns. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to case discussions. Engage in community outreach to promote health awareness and wellness programs. Conduct research and contribute to publications in the field of medicine. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues. Focus on continuous professional development and education in medical practices. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in Medicine completed. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical practice as a Medicine Consultant. Strong knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions. Experience in patient education and community health initiatives. Proficient in electronic medical records and healthcare software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to continuing medical education and professional growth. Capability to conduct and publish research findings. Proficient in managing patient care in a fast-paced environment. Ethical approach to medical practice and patient care. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and emergency consultations.
