Eligibility Criteria:

1. Senior leadership experience with minimum 20 years and currently serving as MD & CEO/ CXO/ one level below the Board position in a housing finance/ mortgage company. 
2. The Asset Under Management (AUM) of the company should be at least ₹10,000 crore
3. The applicant should be 47 - 55 years old as on 10th September 2025
4. Excellent understanding of the sector and efficiency in dealing with the regulator, Board, investors, auditors, business partners, employees and all stakeholders.
5. Proficient understanding of technology and housing finance operations, proven result-oriented track record with highest ethical standards
6. Well-qualified holding commensurate degrees (CA/MBA with LLB/FRM preferred) from reputed institutions in India/abroad
7. Fulfil the eligibility requirements under the Companies Act, RBI Directions and SEBI Regulations

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement the vision, mission, and values of the organization in consultation with the Board of Directors
2. Define organizational goals and aspiration, and develop the strategy for achieving it
3. Ensure effective monitoring and control over the Company’s operations
4. Exercise accountability toward shareholders, and responsibility towards all the stakeholders
5. Demonstrate leadership skills by building high-performance teams, succession planning, and driving innovation
6. To ensure effective engagement with the Board of Directors

1. The position is based in Delhi NCR 
2. The selected person shall be appointed for a maximum of two terms not exceeding five years each. However, the tenure shall be discussed and finalised during the interview process.
