Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to prospective students and their families about
MBA / PGDM
program, admissions procedures, and requirements.
Assist students in completing application forms and preparing necessary documentation.
Organize and conduct admissions-related events such as open houses, webinars, and orientation sessions.
Advise students on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and other support services.
Maintain accurate records of student applications, inquiries, and progress.
Stay up to date with changes in admission policies, programs, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an educational counseling or admissions role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of admissions processes, academic programs, and related services.
Ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with Kolkatas educational landscape and institutions is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
