JOB SUMMARY: Business Development Manager We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our firm through strategic client acquisition and long-term relationship building. You will play a pivotal role in positioning both USP & Co. and its sister concern Lotus and Phoenix LLP as key players in financial consultancy and business expansion services. Company Location: USP & Co. , A-814, I-thum Building, Sector 62, Noida Website: www.uspandco.in Work Experience: 3 to 8 years Education Required: Graduation MBA in Marketing preferred. Responsibilities: Design and implement a growth strategy focused on both financial outcomes and client satisfaction . Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Lead client outreach and schedule meetings with potential business partners. Promote and pitch the firms full suite of services including land acquisition, financial structuring, and strategic business expansion. Liaise with state government departments (notably in Uttar Pradesh) to facilitate land and infrastructure support for clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, revenue, and client feedback. Offer consistent after-sales support and guidance to clients. Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships . Mentor and support entry-level staff and sales team members. Preferred Candidate Profile: MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute. 7+ years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, or business developmentespecially in real estate, infrastructure, or government liaisons. Exceptional communication , negotiation , and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in market analysis , business intelligence tools , and MS Office . Fluent in English; multilingual ability is a plus. Strong understanding of government operations , land processes, and industrial development policies. Ability to travel as needed , manage multiple client accounts, and handle high-level strategy.
