We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to join our training team. As a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions to individuals or groups, helping them develop their quantitative aptitude skills. This role requires strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques, along with excellent communication and instructional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude topics, such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and on data interpretation, and logical reasoning for CAT/CMAT students.
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training materials.
• Adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of participants.
• Assess students' performance through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments.
• Analyze assessment results to identify strengths and weaknesses of individuals or groups.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to students.
