Maths Faculty

The Mathematics Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, ensuring conceptual clarity, improving student performance, and maintaining academic discipline. The faculty will also contribute to academic planning, test creation, doubt-solving, and student progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching

• Teach Mathematics to classes (6–10 / 11–12 / JEE / Competitive Exams) as per timetable.
• Ensure concept-based teaching with real-life examples.
• Maintain high student engagement and clear communication.

2. Academic Work

• Prepare lesson plans, chapter plans, and session-wise teaching flow.
• Create daily class tests, weekly tests, and worksheets.
• Evaluate answer sheets and share feedback.

3. Student Support

• Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions.
• Identify weak students and take remedial sessions.
• Maintain discipline and ensure learning outcomes.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Academic Head for syllabus completion.
• Update student performance records in the system.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in creating educational content when needed.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Contribute to improvement of teaching methods and academic quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech).
• Teaching experience in school/coaching preferred.
• Strong conceptual understanding.

Work Schedule

• As per institute timetable (daily tests, weekly tests, homework monitoring, etc.).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
