Material Management Executive

To support increasing operational workload and ensure timely inventory control, the Material Management Department requires an additional Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The current team is operating at full capacity, leading to delays in material planning, stock reconciliation.The additional Executive will help:

• Strengthen coordination with vendors and internal departments
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory updates
• Support ongoing and upcoming projects requiring faster material availability
• Reduce workload pressure on existing staff

Requesting approval to proceed with hiring at the earliest.Skill Set – Executive (Material Management)Required Skills:

• ERP proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems for managing , GRNs, PJV inventory updates.
• MS Office (Excel): Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, formatting, reporting).
• E-way Bill process: Ability to generate, track, and manage E-way bills in compliance with GST regulations.
• E-invoice process: Experience with preparing and validating e-invoices through the government portal or integrated ERP module.
• Inventory & Material Handling: Understanding of material planning, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate records related to stock movement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
