Position: Material Lead

Segment: Telecom

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 6 to 10 Year

Qualification: B.Tech (Any Stream)

Key Responsibilities:·

Material Management: Oversee the planning, procurement, and distribution of all materials and equipment needed for telecom installations and maintenance.·

Inventory Control: Manage and track material inventory to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing waste and obsolescence.

Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to manage orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve any issues that arise.

Logistics & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of materials to the correct project sites, maintaining productivity and meeting project timelines.

Quality Assurance: Verify that received materials meet quality specifications and are suitable for use in telecom systems.

Documentation: Maintain records of materials, orders, and inventory to support reporting and operational performance.

Key Skills· Experience: Previous experience in material management, supply chain, or telecom project coordination is often required.

Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team, coordinate efforts, and make decisions effectively.

Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to plan, track, and manage large volumes of materials and data.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and project managers.

Technical Aptitude: Understanding of telecommunications equipment, materials, and basic installation processes.

Language: Proficient in Telugu, Hindi & English.
