Position: Subject Matter Expert – Utility (O&M)
Segment: Telecom
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 8 to 12 Year
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – EEE (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:·
People Management: Driving field team to maintain stabilized network availability across state.
Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of Utility or Infra, small cell
Strategic Approach: Identify potential conflicts with existing utilities and recommend alternative routing even in exigency.
KPI Parameters: Support the permitting process by preparing technical documentation, ensuring timely approvals to achieve desired results.
Safety Protocol: Educating team to safeguard and adhere to the safety guidelines.
Client Relationship: Maintaining cordial relationship with client on best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of telecom technologies, network infrastructure, and related systems.
