Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform fibre optic splicing in both fusion and mechanical methods. Install, test, and troubleshoot fibre optic networks including OTDR, power meter, and light source testing. Read and interpret fibre optic schematics and blueprints. Conduct network upgrades and fibre optic installations in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Perform site assessments and prepare job sites for splicing activities. Maintain accurate splicing records, test results, and documentation. Operate and maintain splicing equipment and tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Respond to emergency fibre outages and perform necessary repairs.
